A client of mine are now seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with a background in the aerospace sector.
You will have:
- 5 years aerospace sector experience (quality protocols/accreditations)
- 10 years engineering experience
We would like you to have:
- Internal quality auditing experience
- Quality control environment familiarity
- Expertise in areas like FAIR, machining, fabrication
- Conversance with NPI tools/practices
Responsibilities:
- Interface with production, management, clients
- Set staff benchmarks aligned with objectives
- Mentor and lead the team
- Oversee all manufacturing quality matters
- Monitor quality metrics (scrap, rework, PPM, NCRs)
