What will you be doing?
As a Nuclear Electrical Layout Engineer, you will join the Alten LTD team in Derby to support our activities within the Nuclear sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Producing complex conceptual electrical system designs for a small modular reactor.
Providing and evaluating risk assessments for a nuclear power plant, ensuring all designs comply with HSE standards.
Lead test and verifications of a small modular reactor, providing inputs for development phases of the project.
Who are we looking for?
Dynamic and confident engineers who can collaborate with various disciplines to produce conceptual layout designs and verify their compliance with standards.
Prior experience in the nuclear, energy, or chemical power plant industries.
