A market leading, Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice in Nottingham is looking to add a hands-on Senior Quantity Surveyor to their expanding team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on exciting schemes within the Project Team focusing on the Residential sector.

Taking the lead on a range of projects whilst supervising the work of the Quantity Surveyors, Assistants, and Apprentices and helping them reach their potential - as well as helping with training and development of the team. This role would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a desire to manage and help develop a team.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will act as the principle point of contact with clients, building relationships and also act in an Employer's Agent capacity.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • A construction related degree qualification
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
  • Residential project experience
  • PQS experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Employers Agent or Project Management experience is ideal
