An exciting opportunity has arisen for a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic Construction & Property Consultancy based in Nottingham city centre.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a flexible, family feel company with 5 offices nationwide. Working within a close-knit team closely alongside the Director, benefiting from a hybrid working model with 2-3 days a week in the office.

The role involves a diverse range of projects including Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare and more typically up to £30m.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in leading projects, providing mentorship to junior staff, and playing a key role in the strategic direction of the consultancy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • Healthcare sector experience is ideal
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
