Role: Fulfilment Shift Leader

Location: Luton LU4

Hours: Morning Shift 6am-2:30pm 

Salary: £14p/h

Duties of a Fulfilment Shift Leader:

• Overseeing the warehouse team
• Checking stock and orders
• Updating the internal spreadsheets
• Assigning correct jobs and orders to the team
• People Management, resolving issues and rota changes 
• Creating a rota for all staff on weekly basis 

What we would like from you:

• Previous shift leader or management warehouse experience
• Great communication
• Problem solving abilities
