Experienced Supervisor – Highways Project (Bristol)
We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor for a long-term highways project based in Bristol, working on the A4 Portway.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual to oversee groundworks operations on a busy infrastructure project. You will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising groundworkers on site
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Coordinating daily site activities and reporting progress
- Liaising with site management and other teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor on highways or civils projects
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Streetworks or EUSR qualification
- CAT & Genny Training
- Full Orange PPE
- Strong leadership and communication skills
