Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment operate at optimal levels.
- Address and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct routine inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and execute maintenance strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong mechanical skills with experience in the Food FMCG or general manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in planned preventative maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively on a continental shift pattern.
