Are you an experienced engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the Food FMCG or general manufacturing industry? Do you have a strong electrical background with solid mechanical skills? If so, we want you to join our team as a Continental Shift Engineer!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment operate at optimal levels.
  • Address and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns swiftly to minimize downtime.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct routine inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and execute maintenance strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical skills with experience in the Food FMCG or general manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in planned preventative maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively on a continental shift pattern.
