·Bespoke £2m to £5m office fit out design and refurbishment (happy to look at candidates from shopfitting who want to work on really innovative design led £1m + projects)

·Broad project Manager jobs role with a business which acts as principal contractor and manages really bespoke, top end office refurbishment and new office fit outs

·Manage three to four £1m + projects for a company which is very people focused and has its own in house design consultancy

·Salary TBC but likely to be £55,000 - £60,000+

What we are looking for in this Project Manager jobs role

·Project management or contract management experience

·This experience then needs to be gained within either the commercial office fit out sector

·OR then the shopfitting sector (and you will want to pivot across into a very design led company with exiting bespoke projects of £1m + )

·They are principal contractors on 99% of their projects so you MUST have experience of project managing sub-contractors as part of a project

·They are a very people focused company – you will be friendly collaborative and someone who wants to work in a business without politics and a nice friendly culture (no blame culture)

·Some experience with CDM, site H&S and financial control of projects

This Project Manager jobs role is based in the East Midlands region ; Leicester, Derby, Nottingham region but also commutable from the West Midlands Coventry, Rugby, Tamworth, Solihull, Birmingham regions
