We have experienced significant growth over the past two years, doubling in size and investing in the recruitment of experienced employees and improvements to our systems. Leveraging our strong foundation, we are now focusing on tapping into the vast potential of the service and maintenance sector. We are in the process of setting up a subsidiary company and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing our existing contracts while spearheading efforts to cultivate new client relationships. This position involves optimizing service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and strategically converting primary income streams into secondary sources through our service and maintenance offerings. Your background in account management will be invaluable to our team as we continue to expand and enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of contract management, including reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.

Project Oversight: Monitor and manage HVAC service and maintenance contracts, to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Financial Oversight: Manage contract budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of contract management and service delivery.

Business Development: Lead efforts in cultivating new client relationships and expanding our service and maintenance offerings. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in contract management and service delivery.
