Role: Support Analyst
Location: Mansfield, office based
Salary: £25K - £30K
Are you looking for a new role where your voice will be heard? Do you have a passion for IT and providing support? If so, this may be the role for you.
You’ll be eager to make a difference and have prior experience working on a busy help desk. Since you will be supporting various sites, strong communication skills are essential as you will need to adapt to different working environments.
A shrinking violet may not thrive in this environment, as the team is lively and banter is an everyday part of the work culture. With the company going through a phase of growth, the potential for personal and professional development within the team is limitless. The team is closely-knit, offering each other support as and when needed.
What they are looking for:
- Experience with setting up and configuring hardware.
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions through AD.
- Set up and maintenance on Office 365.
