Pertemps are looking for a dynamic Sales Support Analyst to join our successful client based in Swadlincote on a full time permanent basis to support the Sales team.

The Sales Support Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to support the organisation. This role involves generating reports and providing actionable insights and changes that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will also be a point of contact for customers and provide both pre and after sales advice on our products, looking at the technical side of the product which full training will be provided.

Main duties include:

  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
  • Calculating customer quotations.
  • To work with and keep the CRM system up to date with all necessary information.
  • Develop CRM & other systems to improve efficiencies with new processes as needed.
  • Develop & prepare daily reports for the sales teams & managers.
  • Respond to and deal with internal and external communication by email and telephone.
  • Produce take offs from drawings provided by the customer to ensure suitable products are selected and producing competitive quotations.
  • Working closely with the internal & external teams to assist with technical issues and queries.
  • Analysing customer drawings and providing technical advice and support.
  • Attend any relevant training sessions to ensure you are fully equipped to perform your duties effectively and attend management meetings as required.
  • Undertake any other duties which can be reasonably asked of a manager as required by the operation.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • CRM and good IT Knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
 
In return:
 
  • Working hours are 8.30am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday.
  • Fantastic salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
