We are looking for a Fabric Cutter to be based in a cutting and sewing department located in Ilkeston. Our client is a market leader in the manufacture of upholstery and soft furnishings to a number of leading high street retailers and into the caravan and leisure industry.
Duties:
- Cutting fabric by hand and with a cutting machine
- Using scissors and hand held cutting knife
- Pattern matching fabrics
- Laying up fabric ready to be cut

Hours of work/Pay:
- Monday to Thursday, 7am – 4.30pm
- £12.67 per hour rising to £12.88ph after 12 weeks
Previous experience of cutting various fabrics by hand is a must, plus good hand-eye coordination.
