Join our onsite team at Toyota! We are looking for experienced, people-focused individuals to enhance our team as an Employee Liaison.

What can you expect from this role?

• Play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce.
• Be the primary contact on the ground for all worker queries.
• Check in all workers daily and complete satisfaction questionnaires.
• Monitor staff quality, attendance, and attrition.
• Complete site trackers and reports to ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
• Support the workers in their first three months, ensuring everyone receives proper training and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with all plant regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the client’s management team and workers.
• Attend staffing planning and staffing meetings as required.
• Welcome and assist in the onboarding process for new members 

What do we expect from you?

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and approachability.
• Supervisory experience, promoting inclusivity and consistency.
• Proficient Excel skills with data analysis capabilities to best inform our company and client.
• Confident problem-solving skills and willingness to propose new, innovative solutions.
• Previous experience working in an automotive/manufacturing site is desirable.
• Willingness to work on a weekly shift rotation, 1-week AM and 1-week PM.
• Good level of spoken and written English- any other languages are a bonus! 

Based in the manufacturing plant with our agency workers, you will facilitate seamless communication between our office and agency workers. Being split between the office and plant floor, this role will involve a lot of walking around- perfect to get in your daily steps!

Shifts/Pay - Rotating shifts Monday – Friday 6am – 14:18 and 15:20 – 23:38

• Base Rate £12.39 per hour 
• Early Shift* (Shift allowance) £1.03 
• Late Shift* (Shift allowance) £3.06 
• Average hourly rate including shift allowance £14.44
