Job Title: Junior Software Developer
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £30,000

The successful Junior Software Developer will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining software applications. This role requires an individual who is passionate about software development and has an excellent understanding of the principles of software engineering and computer science.

Responsibilities:
* Working collaboratively with other members of the software development team
* Writing and maintaining code that is both reliable and efficient
* Working to strict deadlines and ensuring quality standards are met
* Troubleshooting and debugging software
* Ensuring that code is secure and compliant with industry standards
* Keeping up to date with the latest software development technologies

Requirements:
* Strong understanding of software engineering principles
* Excellent knowledge of coding languages such as C#, .Net, Java, etc
* Knowledge of databases and SQL
* Familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON and scripting languages
* Excellent problem solving and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
