Our client who manufacture components for aerospace and defence clients is currently seeking to recruit SHEET METAL WORKERS, You will become part of a prestigious company within the UK.
For this AEROSPACE SHEET METAL WORKER Position you must:
- Polishing, Finishing, Drilling and countersink
- Rubber press and brake press
- Hand and power tools
- Working with aluminium, aerospace composites and titanium
- NVQ in sheet metal work /fabrication
- Industry experience - Aerospace (ideal), Nuclear, Medical or Automotive (high end), Motorsport
- Working to AS9100 / EASA Part 21 (G) standards (ideal)
- Must have good team working skills coupled with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Flexible and forward thinker with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to read drawings
- Used stretch, bending & folding machines
