Class 1 Driver

Logical Personnel are an employment business acting on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.
The job role consists of simple trunking runs to various RDC's across the UK averaging 1- 3 drops per shift.
We are seeking HGV Class 1 (C+E) day and night drivers on an ongoing basis. We are looking for drivers who can work through the week and on weekends.
We are looking for drivers on the below shift patterns:
Class 1 afternoon/evening driver – Thursday – Monday (15:00-18:00 start times)
Class 1 day driver – Saturday and Sunday (05:00-06:00 start times)
Class 1 day driver – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – (04:00-06:00 start times)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid CPC, Digi Card and Driving Licence.
- Must provide all own PPE (Safety boots, Hi Vis Vest, work wear)
- Must have 12 months experience
- Must have no point than 6 points and no serious offences on your licence. I.E DR’s and IN’s
JOB ROLE:
- Deliveries to RDC’s
- No handballing
- Carrying out POD’s
- Trailer swaps
- Curtainsider work
PAY RATES (FCSA approved umbrella):
Basic Days: £16.50
Basic Nights: £17.50
Saturday: £18.50
Sunday: £20.50
