This is an exciting and newly created opportunity within the business, offering scope for the right candidate to mould and develop the HR initiatives across the business. You’ll effectively manage and oversee all day-to-day HR activity as well as leading on a variety of HR related projects.

HR Manager Responsibilities:
  • Providing confident and accurate advice on all HR related matters ensuring compliance against company policies and legal regulations
  • Overseeing the full recruitment process across all departments within the business and ensuring all relevant checks are completed including references etc
  • Working with departmental heads in order to develop robust new starter induction plans
  • Designing and implementing learning and development processes
  • Guiding and coaching managers on HR related matters to support in the development of their people management skills
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures as necessary
  • Taking a proactive approach in reviewing current processes and identifying improvement opportunities which will benefit employees and business needs
  • Leading in all ER related matters
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Relevant HR qualification and experience within a similar role
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet goals and targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships business wide
  • Ability to demonstrate responsibility, efficiency and integrity
  • Solutions focused
