The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of mechanical and electrical systems for high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed M&E designs for a variety of prestigious projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
• Participate in project meetings, providing technical expertise and design insights.
• Coordinate with site teams to address design-related issues and support project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and design records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in M&E design within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
