My client is a looking for a Warehouse Labourer to join them on a temporary basis.

Location: Loughborough

Pay Rate:  £12ph

Monday – Thursday 7am until 4pm

Purpose of the role:

Gravure support team, quick changeover, clean down, print cylinder management and maintenance role. General all round support for the Gravure department to ensure optimum running of the Gravure machines.

Purpose:

• To prepare print cylinder carts for the next job

• To clean down and remove cylinders from the previous job
• To assist with quick changeovers during design and colour changes
• To assist with machine cleaning and preparation for the next job
• To maintain and clean cylinders, carts and doctor blades
• To assist with moving and collecting reels, liaison with the Goods Inwards Department
• To assist with the collection/return of print cylinders, liaison with the Make Ready Department
• To assist with the movement of printed reels to the Finishing Department
• To be capable of lifting and moving various moderate loads with appropriate levels of personal fitness to meet these requirements, including competency in the use of mechanical handling equipment
• Perfect colour vision and good visual skills are required
• Numeracy and literacy is required together with the ability to record production data
• General communication and liaison skills are required, together with waste management skills
