Position:        IT Support Engineer

Location:       Cambridgeshire

Salary:           £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects

Due to sustained continued expansion they now require a proactive IT Support Engineer who would like to play a key role in a dynamic and exciting organisation.

The role is responsible for:

• Diagnosing and resolving a broad range of IT service desks requests both remotely and in person, receiving requests from multiple channels.
• Getting new colleagues up to speed with IT systems and offering support, advice and knowledge sharing to all.
• Managing access levels across a range of systems and applications.
• Builds/rebuilds of Laptops, PCs and mobile devices.

The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred) 
• Experienced in any three of the following:
  • Providing support to a Windows 10, 11, Apple iOS and MacOS client base
  • AD and AAD use and administration.
  • Knowledge of client hardware
  • Knowledge of O365, SharePoint, Salesforce, Pardot, Jira, Confluence, Netsuite & associated cloud services
  • Relevant network service troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS, etc)
