Test Engineer - HW

GTS Group are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our clients engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating high voltage DC equipment used in electric vehicles. This role requires technical expertise, a meticulous approach, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed testing of high voltage DC EV equipment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and methodologies.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues during testing, and document findings.
- Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Analyse test data and generate detailed reports with recommendations for product improvements.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Stay current with technological advancements in high voltage systems and EV technology.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers as needed.
