Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for design and property consultancy, especially in education, commercial, and residential projects?

As a Senior Project Manager our client who are a leading design and property consultancy firm, you'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence in project delivery from conception to completion. 

🏗️ Project Leadership: Take the lead in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, overseeing all phases from initial planning to final handover. Your expertise will guide our teams towards successful outcomes, meeting client expectations with finesse.

🔍 Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive project strategies aligned with their vision and objectives. Your keen insight will ensure that every project is set up for success right from the start.

📊 Budget and Schedule Management: Keep a close eye on project finances and timelines, implementing robust controls to optimize resource utilization and mitigate risks. Your meticulous attention to detail will keep projects on track and within budget.

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Your exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in building trust and collaboration.

🌱 Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and process enhancement initiatives within the organization, leveraging your expertise to elevate our project management practices to new heights of efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the education, commercial, and residential sectors.
  • Strong understanding of design and property consultancy principles, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools, with a commitment to staying abreast of industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
