I am recruiting for an experienced Administrator which is a hybrid role working a minimum of 2 days in the office the rest you will work from home as the Administrator you will be part of a small existing team to work in NG2 with career development, as the Administrator you will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch and this client when you are in the office have a canteen to allow you to step away from work and relax during your break.

Responsibilities as the Administrator

Assist in organising and maintaining legal frameworks and documents.

Support the legal team with administrative tasks such as filing, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings.

Conduct research on legal matters and gather relevant information to assist with case preparation.

Liaise with external stakeholders and clients to provide exceptional customer service.

Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth work-flow and successful project completion.

Adhere to strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements as the Administrator

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Previous experience in a legal setting is an asset but not required.
