Our client undertakes building maintenance services across the UK. They are seeking a multi-skilled trades person to join their team – the candidate must be flexible to adapt to a variety of tasks and be able to utilise skills from several trades.

If you are seeking variety where no two days will be the same them this could be the role for you. The client offers reactive services in which jobs may be scheduled general maintenance or high priority, emergency maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
-    Carpentry both on site and in the yard.
-    Plumbing on a variety of projects.
-    Safe and proficient use of hand tools.
-    General health and safety knowledge..
-    Ensure appropriate PPE is worn at all times. 
-    Good understanding of RAMS and the ability to follow instructions.
-    Use of time management system to track jobs and provide information/images upon job completion to help validate invoicing. 
-    Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage from a wide range of individuals. 
-    Strong problem-solving skills.
-    A cheerful, can-do attitude.
-    High attention to detail, always striving to complete a job to the highest standards. 
-    Own tools are advantageous. 
-    A full UK driving license is required.

Please note that this role will require a candidate that is able and willing to work Out of Hours, Weekends and able to work away. This will be on a pre-agreed basis and notice will be given.

This is a temporary to permanent position; salary will be competitive dependent on experience.
