Overview
Do you have a specialism in hard services and are looking to join an exciting mixed-use shopping centre? You could be the new Technical Services Manager of one of the largest shopping centres in the East Midlands, playing a key role in the senior leadership team onsite. You would also be working with one of the top managing agents within the UK, who manage a variety of assets in the UK & worldwide.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Technical services leadership and management across the entire shopping centre.
- Full accountability for the technical side of service charge budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX.
- Manage the M&E service providers, oversee shop fits, and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
This role offers the opportunity to:

- Lead technical solutions and implement best practices & collaborate in a dynamic team and grow professionally.
- Oversee some major planned developments, including new retail tenants and the replacement of internal systems.
The right candidate will be:
- Experienced in engineering with relevant qualifications or industry knowledge.
- A proven manager of maintenance contracts and contractor supervision.
- Skilled in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including those at site level and within the asset management team.
- Self-motivated, with strong leadership and communication skills, while being committed to customer service excellence & NEBOSH qualified.
