Customer Service Advisor

Total Staff Services currently have a full time position available working as part of the customer service team based in Newcastle. You will be working in Student Accommodation buildings in the city helping on the desk with day to day student support.
Your role will be based in the heart of the customer service team where you will be carrying out various duties assisting with general desk support as well as carrying out welfare checks. This role will be working between the hours of 7am and 10pm, you will be working 8 hour shifts predominantly 0700-1500 and 1400-2200. This will be working 5 out of 7 days so you may be required to work weekends.
Duties will Include:
- Updating online systems and reports.
- Following up student payments.
- Student welfare checks/conversations.
- Issuing new keys.
- Sorting and taking in parcels/deliveries.
- Giving out city information to students who may not know the area.
- Answering emails/telephone calls.
- Helping with any student enquiries.
The role is a temporary position with immediate starts available. You will be contacted by our Liverpool office (0151 Number).
