Customer Service Administrator

Xpert Resourcing is delighted to working with a client based in Cambridge (CB21) who has an immediately available position for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to assist within their Events Administration team. The ideal candidate will be personable, possess excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking on the telephone and be IT Literate including working with databases.
Due to the location of the offices own transport is recommended
Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with third party suppliers to arrange equipment
- Liaising with event participants
- Answering email queries or forwarding to correct member of staff
- Updating the company database
- Securing funds, taking payments
- Interdepartmental liaison to order marketing materials
- Working closely with the Events Manager and Senior Events Manager
Essential Skills
- Personable and enthusiastic
- Confident to speak to callers at all levels on the telephone
- IT Literate
- Ability to prioritise
- Organisational Skills
Hours
Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 - 3 working days in the office, 2 days working from home
