Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for technical support executive to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B66.
JOB PURPOSE
To ensure all Technical related documentation in food industry are correct and completed with a view to reviewing trends and potential non-conformities in order to support corrective actions.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- To create and maintain all finished product specifications
- To maintain and check all raw material specifications
- To complete and maintain customer specific technical specifications
- To maintain and check new product labels
- To ensure HACCP documentation is correctly completed and filed.
- To be responsible for customer complaint handling.
- To be responsible for Internal Auditing.
- To be a member of the HACCP team.
- To conduct regular traceability tests
- Any other duties as required by within the Technical department as directed by the Technical supervisor.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- An understanding of BRC audit procedures is preferable.
- Must have minimum of HACCP level 2 or equivalent
- Internal Auditing experience is preferable
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
8:30 – 5:00 Monday to Friday
SALARY
Up to £30,000 per annum
