£30,000 - £38,000 basic per annum Plus Car Allowance and  Commission    

Are you a proven Business/Branch Manager or a Senior Recruitment Consultant who would like to work towards a Branch Manager Role? Do you have experience within either the Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, or Engineering sector?

 My client is a large established recruiter and has branches all over the UK and due to securing some large wins they are now looking to appoint either a proven Branch/ Business Manager or a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant who wishes to work towards a full Branch Manager role in the near future has working knowledge and experience of the Leicestershire region. The successful candidate will have experience of recruiting into the Industrial, Logistics, Engineering or Commercial sector's and has  temps or perms experience.

My client wishes to expand their Midland branches and re open their Leicester branch which has an existing customer base accross the East Midlands can be a branch that provides temporary or permanent recruitment solutions and as a Business/Branch Manager or a 360 Senior Consultant you will have full autonomy to run your branch and recruit and develop your own team around you.  

Rest assured, no two days are the same in recruitment and with a fast paced and competitive environment, things evolve quickly – been on your toes is key and being able to adapt, react and work in a thriving environment is key, my client is a forward thinking recruiter and the Director's have many years experience within the recruitment industry so can offer support when needed, they are seeking an experienced Branch Manager or Senior Consultant who has a proven track record of securing and winning new business in either of the sectors above and has the ambition and drive to continue to grow and develop my clients Leicester branch.

 It is important that you thrive in a fast paced recruitment environment and enjoy sourcing and winning new business accounts through a proactive and positive style and work ethic must be professional and friendly. You must also have excellent man management skills to recruit, grow and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to deliver and hit budget.
