HR Advisor

Working from home you will provide HR advice to managers based across multiple educational sites across Derbyshire and Staffordshire. You will provide HR advice and support services to employees and managers managing your own casework as well as liaising with the HR Business Partner. You will also focus on wellbeing support for employees and also lead on managing attendance procedures.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- HR generalist
- Strong HR background at Officer or Advisor level
- Dealing with employee relations and ideally experience with trade union issues
- Managing HR case work and offering advice to managers
- Developing and implementing polices
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 Qualified or equivalent experience
- Past experience of operating across multiple sites would be advantageous
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
Please note candidates will need to undergo a Enhanced DBS for this role.
The role will be home based but will require travel to various sites so the role will be hybrid based.
