Duties:

• Delivering key account management of existing customers
• Proactively securing new business
• Cross selling the full service portoflio.
• Produce & keep updated development plans for customers
• Monitor customer activity and produce internal and external reports

• Lead generation customer engagement and increasing revenue
• Key account management of existing customers
• Produce & keep updated development plans for customers
• Presentations to prospective clients
• Attending and contributing to sales meetings
• Resolution of complaints and queries
• Hold regular meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Completion of tender documentation
• Co-ordinate information on competitors
• Proactively developing effective marketing tools.

Skills and Experience Required:

• HVAC Experience 
• Background in Rental Markets, Construction, Industrial, Process, Food& Pharma considered  
• Confident negotiation skills
• Customer management skills and experience of being field based
• Full UK Driving licence
• Willingness to travel across the North East, Midlands and South West
