Working Hours: Rotating Shift Pattern AM / PM / Nights (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical expertise to join our client-dynamic team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a plant and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks to uphold plant and facility standards
• Meet targets for plant downtime
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace
• Manage and enhance plant and facility operations in compliance with safety guidelines
• Oversee engineering stores and inventory management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Utilise CMM systems for reporting and recording tasks
• Foster positive relationships with various departments within the organisation
• Provide engineering solutions and cost-effective repairs
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimise plant performance

About You:

• Completion of a time-served apprenticeship, preferably in a multi-skilled capacity
• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Strong awareness of safety, health, and environmental standards
• Proficiency in fault-finding techniques
• Familiarity with TPM and PPM systems
• Solid IT skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
