What We're Looking For:

• Experienced Commercial Plumbers in the FM sector.
• Previous experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment is advantageous.
• Basic IT proficiency, preferably with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage deadlines effectively.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is a minimum requirement.

Main Duties:

• Perform plumbing tasks in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
• Represent the company professionally while on customer sites.
• Maintain accurate records in customer water safe logbooks per ACOP L8 and company protocols.
• Collect water samples from various properties and document findings as per Water Technical Manual guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all relevant documentation.
• Conduct water system cleanings and disinfections in adherence to ACOP L8 and Water Technical Manual directives.

Additional Information:

• The role involves mobility, covering commercial properties in the Midlands region.
• A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided, with personal use.
