My client based on HPC is looking to bring on a skilled Work Package Manager (WPM) to oversee designated work packages within a portfolio of project .
The WPM will take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the work package to ensure it meets deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with a Project Engineer.

Primary Duties of a Work Package Manager:

1. Supervise specific work packages within a project portfolio.
2. Organise, and oversee all components of the work package.
3. Guarantee timely completion, adherence to budget, and quality standards.
4. Collaborate with the Project Engineer to align project goals.
5. Work with the project team to optimise resources and resolve issues.
6. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
7. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for prompt material and service delivery.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
9. Provide regular updates on work package status and escalate issues as required
