Nova Talent are supporting a UK textiles manufacturer in their search for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join the wider Sales Team, based in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Working within both B2B & B2C, the successful candidate will responsible for supporting a small and successful Sales team, and will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence across their customer portfolio.

Duties to include:

• To actively seek new sales opportunities to expand the existing client base.
• Drive sales growth to meet and exceed targets.
• Deliver customer care, ensuring that all customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate with customers about promotions and new product launches and any other company and product information required.
• Provide quotations in line with customer requirements.
• To liaise with internal stakeholders such as production/warehousing in relation to customer orders, to ensure smooth delivery and within the agreed lead times.

Requirements for the role:

• Minimum 2 years experience in  a sales-driven environment
• Proven customer focussed experience
• Excellent business systems knowledge including CRM
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel,  Word, and PowerPoint
• Results driven
• Passionate and enthusiastic
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Interest in eCommerce and Online Selling
