About the Business Development Manager Role:
Wills Consultants are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a growing team within a Global Engineering Company based in Northamptonshire. In return the Business Development Manager will receive:
- £50,000 basic salary with OTE of £65,000 per annum
- Car Allowance
- Hybrid working arrangement after training (1 day in the office per week)

Requirements: As a Business Development Manager you must have:
- Worked in a similar role and have proven experience in lead generation
- Experience within warehousing, automation, manufacturing or logistics
- Experience with customer management
- Ability to be self-motivated
