The Role

I am looking for an experienced Production Manager to head up a growing Production team, you will be responsible for heading up and leading 1 of 4 production areas / cells managing a team of circa 50/60 with 3 direct reports and a wider team covering operatives, inspectors & finishers

We are looking for someone to get the best of out of a large team with strong man-management skills, leading and managing day to day production, planning and execution of the operations function to ensure on time delivery

 Main responsibilities will cover productivity – Input to output of workload and hours, quality – COPQ and safety, progress OTIFIS & OTD.
