We are hiring on behalf of our client for an exciting role as a Customer Service Administrator. This role is for someone who puts customer service at the heart of their work and understands the importance of maintaining long-term, collaborative relationships to consistently deliver excellence to customers.

  • A yearly salary of £24,900.
  • Monday to Friday- 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00

The Role:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:

  • Manage transactions in the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System.
  • Build professional relationships with all partners.
  • Allocate and manage delivery dates of customer retail orders.
  • Perform tasks on Excel spreadsheets and reply to correspondence using Microsoft applications as directed.
  • Answer customer queries within the agreed turnaround times.
  • Provide support and assistance to both internal and external customers.
  • Support the Customer Service function and Customer Service Supervisor through effective holiday and sickness cover on all tasks.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Administrator role will have:

  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • High standard verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a small team and with minimal supervision when appropriate.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with WMS.
  • Experience with ERP.

The Package:

The Customer Service Administrator role offers an annual salary of £24,900. The role is based in Ashby and offers the opportunity to work in a customer-centric role, with the chance to use your initiative to solve problems and support the Customer Service function.
