Description

  • Leading and motivating a diverse operations team to achieve production targets.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.
  • Overseeing quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  • Implementing strategic plans to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Managing resources effectively to reduce waste and optimise output.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reviewing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the team.

Profile

A successful Shift Operations Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior operational role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to implement and drive change within an operation.
