Autocentre Assistant Manager

Type of the role:             Full-Time, Permanent

Location:                           Nottingham

Hours:                                 40 hours per week with availability to work on Saturdays

Salary:                                £25 000 to £33 000

Reporting to:                   Centre Manager

Responsibilities:

Ensure exceptional customer service: Foster positive relationships with customers, proactively address their needs, and minimize complaints.
Drive sales success: Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and product promotion.
Maintain a spotless environment: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and equipment upkeep within the centre.
Lead by example: Comply with company policies, instructions from management, and board directives.
Grow the business: Increase sales of company-offered products and services, adhering to established procedures.
Build a strong team: Participate in recruitment and interviewing for centre employees.
Foster collaboration: Maintain effective communication with head office and other departments.

Support other centres: Lend a helping hand when needed to ensure smooth operations across all locations.
Invest in your team's development: Identify training needs and support employee growth within the company.
Flexible schedule: Be available to work as per company requirements.
