I am seeking an experienced fully supernumerary Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager, for a beautiful home near Martlesham, Suffolk.
This opportunity is at a new, 53 bedded, Dementia Nursing and Residential Care home with a luxury care provider that has been established for over 30 years and has a fantastic reputation within the industry.
Clinical Lead/Deputy Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager within a Nursing Home
  • Qualified nurse with an active pin (Essential)
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude and take responsibility
  • Lead by example and have a willingness to be hands-on
  • Willingness to cover and help the team in absence of nurses
  • Good IT skills are desirable
