As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the full recruitment process for roles such as Software Developers, UX Designers, and Project Managers
- Building and nurturing relationships with top industry talent
- Providing market insights and advice to clients and candidates
- Guiding professionals towards their career aspirations
We're looking for:
- 1 year + contract or permanent recruitment experience from any market sector (cross-training provided)
- An interest in technology and the emerging tech sector
- Strong perseverance, persuasive skills, and emotional intelligence
- Creative problem-solving abilities
