Based in Mansfield, Notts this independent practice is hiring for growth. With a reputation for value, the customer base is respectful and loyal, with an understanding of what you do, no angry customers here moaning about price increases!

They have managed to find the right balance of ambition to improve and grow, built the teams correctly, and not made profits their ultimate driver. This is a practice where everybody pulls together when there’s work and relaxes when it’s time. A strong team who wants the best for patient and practice.

You will be rolling up your sleeves from the start and getting stuck in. With full clinical freedom from Day One, leading a small team, you are free to run this as your own with the full support of the two experienced Directors to help guide and advise where necessary.

They are flexible on hours here but are ideally looking at a 4-day week, no OOH (unless you want to), and 1 in 3 Sat mornings.  They want you rested, refreshed, and at the best of your abilities when it is time to help.

So, what’s in it for you? £60k-£80k per annum with a bonus and profit share. VDS and RCVS paid for, subscriptions to the BVA, BSAVA, SPVS plus a generous CPD budget and opportunities for certificates. Holiday entitlement is 25 days plus BH’s and a day off for your birthday.
