Recruitment Coordinator

We are located in Colton Square in the centre of Leicester, are a short walk from the train station with bus stops from all routes on our doorstep and also offer a discounted rate at the neighbouring NCP car parks.

Your New Role

As part of the Recruitment Coordinator Team you will play a critical role in ensuring the service provided to our candidates, hiring managers and internal teams is of the highest standard. You will be in charge of management and coordination of customer recruitment processes, ensuring appropriate data and systems accuracy; working alongside the Recruitment Partner/Requisition Fulfilment function to ensure all processes ancillary to a customer's recruitment method are compliant and strictly adhered to.

What you'll need to succeed

You do not need previous recruitment experience as our constantly evolving training programmes will teach you everything you need to know. What you do need is a willingness to collaborate, innovate and work hard. You will ideally have a proven track record of working to targets or have been in a job with a strong people-focused culture.
