THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
We are seeking a Digital Client Services Manager to oversee the relationship between DMS and our client base, whilst managing an expert internal team. The role involves maintaining the excellent service we provide to deliver on time and efficiently. The Digital team oversee our Panther Online platform for UK marketing distribution, maintain and provide development support for our range of bespoke client portals and provide post-production services. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide strategic guidance, and coordinate with internal teams to execute projects on time and within budget. Additionally you will actively promote growth within the team and pursue these growth opportunities.

THE ROLE

The client services manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust, communication, and excellent service. This individual will also lead and nurture a small team, helping with development talent and driving new business.

  • Understand client objectives and develop digital strategies and solutions to meet their needs
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams including product managers, developers, Digital Producers and technical support to develop and deliver a high quality service across our key department competencies
  • Hold a pivotal role in shaping and growing the relationship with key accounts and be confident working with senior stakeholders within our client services business
  • To identify and pursue growth opportunities and take responsibility for the team meeting their objectives
  • To be confident in managing a team and overseeing the day to day running of the accounts
  • Provide project updates to senior management and to present relevant reports internally and externally
  • Embrace and maintain a best-practice approach and ensure this is adopted across the department
  • Ensuring the adequate level of resources are in place to support the team requirements
  • Ensure effective communication with the operational teams across the business to prioritise workload and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Identifying new emerging technologies and workflows to increase efficiencies within the department
  • Prepare all necessary information for the purposes of client billing and the raising of invoices where appropriate
  • Be responsible for recognising and nurturing opportunities for growth.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements

First class communication skills with the ability to forge strong client relationships

A problem-solving ability with a results-orientated mindset

Knowledge of post-production workflows and digital file delivery an advantage

Experience dealing with publicity and marketing teams of film studios

Understanding of online platform development requirements and the ability to communicate effectively with product managers and developers

Flexibility and resilience to successfully adapt to changing and challenging situations

Ability to work in a highly creative but fast-paced, deadline driven environment

A proven track record in developing positive working relationships with both internal and external contacts at all levels and being a strong influencer

Experience of winning new revenue streams and understanding revenue targets

Working hours may need to be flexible to meet delivery deadlines with global clients
