We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services at Commify. This role would be suitable for an individual experienced in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, technical account management or product owner/manager role. Ideally from within the software or technology industry but this is not essential.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with sales team to support Professional Services sales cycle
  • Conducting customer needs assessments and providing technical expertise and guidance
  • Creating and delivering presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our products
  • Assisting in the creation of proposals, Statement of Works, project plans and RFP responses
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and aftercare
  • Providing ongoing solution support to customers during the implementation and post-sales process

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Confident in a customer-facing environment, able to communicate across a range of stakeholder levels.
  • Strong customer questioning skills and comfortable working with ambiguity. Being able to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of Software Development, APIs and project lifecycles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, self motivated and able to work to tight deadlines. You will also need to be adaptable to changes across a varied workload.
  • Able to create stunning slide decks and presentations to WOW customers. 

Desirable Requirements:

  • Technical background with knowledge of communication technologies and APIs
  • Experience with CRM integrations, API connectors or self-service workflow tooling
  • Basic web and mobile design and wireframing skills
  • Project management or co-ordination qualifications/experience
  • SQL/HTML/CSS/Javascript
