The Family run business is renowned for their chain of Bakery Cafes and developed the Dock 84 restaurant concept first in Sligo Town in 2021. The classy restaurant has since received great acclaim, delighting droves of customers with its unique and flavoursome menu!

 Due to this popularity, Dock 84 will now open in Donegal Town in the former Fury's Diner premises.

A FULL TIME RESTAURANT MANAGER is required to initially support with the opening of the new restaurant, then manage and run the daily operations on an ongoing basis to a high standard. This is great opportunity for someone to make their mark in building a successful restaurant in Donegal town.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with the day to day operations of the shop including people management, food quality, scheduling budgeting etc., they will possess excellent customer service and strong leadership skills.

Requirements:

Proven shop and management experience in a reputable establishment - in the last 2 years at least ideally in catering sector (others need not apply).

Experienced and trained on HACCP management systems would be a great advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire to work in a Bakery/Patisserie.
