SF Recruitment is super excited to be partnering with our client to appoint their new Head of HR, a brand new position to the organisation. This role will lead their medium sized HR team, suited to a motivational true leader who will deliver transformation across the organisation.

You will be key to driving their newly created vision, mission and culture, you will be responsible for delivering a progressive vision and strategy for HR - pushing for employer of choice and the balance the long-term vs short term strategy. It is so important that you are keen to get hands on as this does need someone who loves the operational side of HR too.

We are looking for a self motivated and impressive HR professional who has extensive experience in HR management who can demonstrate resilience and determination. The 'person' profile for the fit of this role and organisation is so important.
