SALES ADVISOR / RETAIL

Gumi Vitamins is on the lookout for a Sales Advisor; someone who has a passion in the health & well being sector - in short, a desire to drive sales with the aim of increasing the brand awareness.

About Gumi Vitamins: We are a company made up of real people who care about what we do and know how to do a great job. Operating through our online store fronts our aim is to now tackle high street stores.

Position Description - The aim is to ensure retention and acquistion of high value customers through telesales. We are looking for an enthusiastic Advisor to contribute in generating sales and deals between our company and stores. Will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and/or face to face.

• Contacting Potential customers to inform them about our products.
• Answering questions about our products/company.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Enter and update orders that are processed.
• Go the Extra Mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience minimum of 2 year in sales, preferably in FMCG industry (Supplement, Vitamin Sales)
• B2B Retail Sales
• Independent Grocer Sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
•  Self-motivated and target-driven
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings
