An experienced First Line Service Desk Analyst required for an established business within Derbyshire
The successful candidate will form part of a strong team culture reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager
Duties :
  • Provide first-line technical support
  • Log all support requests and technical issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Follow up with users to ensure.
Key Skills
  • Technical support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are advantageous but not essential.
Monday to Friday (phone number removed) & 9.00-17.00 on a weekly rota)
WFH day after probation
